What is the Truth when it comes to the origin of the Universe, the Earth and Life? Is it possible to read the Bible as God’s inerrant Truth when it comes to Creation?
I believe it is possible. If you are willing to make a leap of faith, I believe it becomes unavoidable: there can be no other explanation, except “in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” This is not a “God of the Gaps” but a God of all the Universe. He has made and continues to make everything that has been made.
If you are willing to come with me, I will lay out what I have been shown in my twelve-year research into reconciling Genesis and modern science. I have found this is like a million-piece jigsaw puzzle where all the pieces seem the same size and shape. If you get some of it wrong, the picture doesn’t look right and the puzzle will not come together.
It was stunning for me to see that Genesis hints at many things Science has begun to confirm: the order of appearance, the formation of the atmosphere, Continental Drift, Evolution (both Micro and Macro), and even possibly the Theory of Relativity. But more than just reconciling the Bible with Science, I also must reconcile the Creation Account with the rest of the Bible and the implications that has for us spiritually.
Not to spoil the ending, but keep in mind the Bible's creation Account was written at least 3000 years ago. As such, it becomes hard to ignore the question: "how did Moses know?"
